Logo design

I require a logo creating and theme for a new umbrella company to my other businesses.

It needs to be simple and delivered in standard formats and able to scale up or down in size. It will mainly be in smaller print at bottom of other business literature as the umbrella company.

I would like the opportunity to make any tweeks if necessary but of course within reason.
