Logo design

I have an extremely short turnaround on this. I need no later than Monday 4/23. This is a logo for a family farming operation. I have a good idea of what I want with examples and font purchased. I need it in photoshop or illustrator and all files and rights to the art transferred to me when finalized. The company was founded in the early 1940's and is involved in wheat, cattle, dairy. I will provide additional info when work begins. I want simple, classic, vintage.
