Extra notes: We want to launch a number of micro sites in 2016 with some follow on sites in 2017, the 2016 project revolves around the "it does what it says on the tin idea" - OneBedroomFlats.co.uk, TwoBedroomFlats.co.uk, Threebedroomflats.co.uk etc. so we need a logo which clearly shows, distinguishes and references the 1,2,3 bedrooms side but also has a common theme to help build a brand link between the difference websites.

We will initially be focusing on property agents in London and then M25 and onto the home counties.

You will be asked to submit a brief note to bid for the work with links/copies of designs that you feel will best show your work and give a brief comment about the direction and idea you feel the logo should go. We will then invite the five lead designers to submit draft ideas of which two will be asked to develop those ideas to draft drawings for submission, the winning designer will then be appointed and asked to design and develop the multiple designs and logos.
