Extra notes: The logo is for a new start up temporary recruitment agency focusing in the construction and oil & gas industries. The company wants to stand out from the crowd, they use the latest software and technology available to move away from traditional paper and pen style recruitment, operating an open and transparent service to clients. The logo needs to be clean and modern but stylish enough to catch the eye of larger blue chip companies who may be looking for a new company to help fulfil their staffing needs, it needs to create that impression of a large professional company that they can trust whilst not feeling to corporate at the same time. Hard to describe but pretty sure the more creative of you will have no problem coming up with something. I expect this logo to be a one of from scratch and not some rehashed version from around the web, the person who receives the work must be able to creatively come up with a draft logo that can capture and embody the above with minimal input, I will know the logo when I see it, but you must be willing to work towards creating this and not just throw at 3 basic designs that are essentially similar and expect that to work. Upon completion of the logo I will also be looking to use the same designer to create a stationary pack, promotional material, email signatures, facebook page, google + page and the website design so the ideal candidate will have the necessary skill set and experience to undertake this work and see it through to completion in a timely manner. Regarding the website, I am happy to find a programmer to convert designs into HTML, so if you can only do PSD designs and layouts for websites that will be fine with me. I find most programmers are not the best designers and vice versa anyway.
