Logo and stationery design

Logo will be a mix of words and a graphic image. words will be: "Kairos Investments Africa" written vertically. Kairos and Africa, same font size. Investments should be a smaller font (such that it is flush with all the other words). Graphic could be something like an hourglass with the sand inside shaped like the map of Africa. Colours: Gold, black, green and maybe a little red. Thanks
