Logo and set of templates for instagram blog

I'm looking for someone to design and create a logo for an instagram blog. The logo must be bold and clear enough so that it is easily visble and recognisable on instagram, where most people use their phones to access it. I'm interested in a regal look and feel that is simple but professional. I've attached some initial designs but I'm looking for someone who can do something better and "out of the box".
Please also confirm if you're able to trademark the logo.

The 2nd part of my requirement is for a small number of instagram post templates to be created and uploaded into my Canva site. The templates need to be easy to amend, work with Canva and similar sites, and must follow a consistent design, aligning to the logo. Whilst I really want a regal look and feel that is bold the templates also have to have a colour palette that is classic, long-lasting and won't look dated.
