Logo and letter head design

I need a designer who can create a professional logo for web (website) and print (letterhead) using the attached as a rough design guide (ignore font choice). Colour scheme required: Shades of blue for the shapes, black or grey or white for 'PPS' and grey or beige or white for 'Realty'.
