For the second time, I look for a professional to design a logo for my new project, a Luxury Real Estate. The conditions that I need are:

1.- Approximate Deadline
2.- 100% unique & original. (No clipart/stock images/”borrowed' vectors)
3.- Full copyright ownership
4.- Final files will be delivered in full package high quality: .ai, .Jgp, .Png, .Psd, .pdf, and web .jpg...
5 .-The picture, fonts and colors should be updated FULLY editable file.
6.- Elegant, easy to remember, personalized service, exclusivity, shocking...
7.- I would like to apply black, white and very light earth colours.
8.- Able to clearly see it in any size

Applied to the logo I would request designing a business card, but they are two different budgets or, if we get the final logo, both budgets together.
