Knauss Haus Brewing Logo Deisgn

Looking to refine our existing logo, clean it up and make it more professional. I created the original artwork in a very rudimentary program so I am hoping that someone with access to professional design software can recreate the logo, clean up the artwork, lines and overall design. We are looking to have several different color schemes for the logo, so if its possible to provide the design in several different options that would great. We are looking for subtle rustic colors, as well as a Red, White and Blue design. I'll leave the exact color choices up to the professionals.
