Karaté Veckring

Hello,

We are a French karate club, Karaté Veckring, and we are currently looking to redesign our club logo.

We already have a fairly clear brief, but we are also looking for a designer who can bring creative ideas and original proposals, rather than simply executing our instructions.

Before placing an order, could you please confirm how you work?

We are specifically looking for a “concept first” approach: we would like to see initial logo proposals before committing to the final design, with payment released only if we are satisfied and decide to proceed.

Our main ideas for the logo are:

The letters K and V, ideally intertwined

Karate identity, possibly with male and female karateka silhouettes

Our club colour is burgundy

Subtle reference to France (blue, white and red)

Possibility of subtly integrating the Cross of Lorraine with japan style

Modern, dynamic and professional design

The logo must work well on clothing, social media, posters and printed materials

We are completely open to your own creative interpretation.

Could you also tell us how many initial concepts you would propose before we make our final choice?
