Jewelery company logo development, creative input key

i have a basic concept & layout, see attached. I need your help to refine this & produce the final files, specifically i want the following;

-creative input. this will be the majority of the work, I want your help to make it feel suited to a jewelery company. this will include the typeface.
-production of a circular logo (will will be printed as a sticker)
-adapting the same logo to a horizonal format.

I will work closely with you provding comments. I imagine we will need around 10 itterations to get it right. But if you're creative & imagintive, it might be 2 or 3.
