Illustration/Logo

I am seeking primarily a text based logo with an illustration. It would need to be in colour, vector.

Hand Drawn or Computer designed is ok. I need the logo to be unique and original- no clipart.

The logo will be used for a charity I am creating.

The illustration would be of the sun, or the sun incorporated into the text logo. The logo needs to convey a positive, bright, happy mood.

Please let me know your timescale, ideally 3 initial ideas would be ideal. I would like copyright passed to me on completion of payment.
