I need to transform the company logo with a very specific style

Extra notes: Hi! We'd like to transform an existing logo into something more aggressive. See the attached files. The idea is to keep the same colors and style of double arrow in a loop and transform the head of the arrows into Sea Dragons heads. The head can be either a view from the side or view from the top. No flames, no wings. The design can be minimalistic and must convey a sense of power. The body of the arrow can be textured with scales in the same design as ancient Japanese sea pattern. The logo can be turned upside down but must stay horizontal. This is not an urgent job and we'd like some artistic creativity and aesthetic quality.
Existing logo are available in .ai , .png .svg, format.
