I need some images edited, updated, and some redesigned

Hi
Need to have some of these logo/images changed and redesigned. The logos do not need to be too much of change, but some is needed.

I need it in word, pdf and excel format, if it is possible.

Please note as follows to the document uploaded:
Page 1. SELL THAT HOUSE FAST 4 CASH, should be changed to SELL THAT PROPERTY FAST
REPOSSESSED logo should have a red cross and a red box not the colour on the document
The last image should have the same house logo or maybe same changed house image with sold sign and next to it should say: WE BUY PROPERTY ANY CONDITION, ANY SITUATION, CASH BUYER

Page 2. The page 2 document should have same roof and windows image, but different colour, maybe brown. Large capital words saying: WE BUY PROPERTIES, below it should say FAST CASH PURCHASE GUARANTEED. The colours can be in black the words.

Page 3. Page 3 image should be changed black, same or similar design and the words should be WE BUY HOUSES, and below it should say FAST CASH BUYER in capital letters
