I need our logo converting to a 1 colour .eps file and .png - 2 separate files

Information for the business: We are an exotic animal rescue charity
Type of logo: Emblem
Brand name/slogan in logo: Encounter Exotics
Number of revisions: unlimited
Ideas for the visual style: DO NOT CHANGE
Things to avoid: DO NOT CHANGE
Extra notes: We already have a file- it is 3 colours- Black, Yellow and white. (SEE ATTACHED)
I would like this file altering/recreating as a black image (with all that is currently yellow being transparent- so that we can print one colour onto a yellow coloured item/garment) WITHOUT a background
We would also like this reversed- (ie, yellow and transparent (with an added yellow outline round the black on the logo and the text below); so that we can print this onto black items/garments without picking up additional colour origination charges.

Since we're a charity- cost is important- but i suspect it is quite an easy job anyway?
