I need my logo updated and a custom main image for my website

Information for the business: We're an app like uber or lyft
Industry: Technology
Brand name/slogan in logo: Openfleets
Ideas for the visual style: simple logo
Things to avoid: not too many colours: green, blue & Black
Where the design will be used: website
Extra notes: Thanks for looking at my latest project. There are 3 parts:

1.I have an existing logo which is not too bad however I would prefer something a little fresher and clean.
2. Do a favicon of the new logo
3. I need a high-res featured image for my web page background.

Some background:

We are a technology company that connects drivers and riders via an app - a bit like Uber. Our tagline (which you can use or not) is: 'We connect'
