I need my logo redesigned in a different font and style

I would like someone with some creativity to change the font in my logo and possibly alter the colours slightly.

However, it should not be too far off from the original, as the brand is quite well known within the sector.

There will need to be revisions until we are happy

Once done, I will need it in various formats and sizes as below:

Variations required:

Full-colour version
Black & white version
Transparent background version
