I need my logo developed and formatted

Information for the business: a start-up retail business
Design details: I already have two logo for my business but I need the colours reversed, a tagline added and facebook/twitter icons added in order to order a printed banner/sign.

I would also like just the basic logo's colours reversed and all files to be converted to high-quality images suitable for printing.
Ideas for the visual style: Feminine, clean-looking
Where the design will be used: print, signs, merchandise
Extra notes: I am no good with technology/ online design so please bear with me when I am describing what I need!
