I need logo and favicon design

Ideas for the visual style: store name, symbol + caption
Preferred colors: red / black
Where the design will be used: web
Extra notes: We are soon to open an online store selling office stationary. We require logo and favicon.
Logo should be black / red colors featuring our caption below the logo. We need:

logo for web version
logo for print (e.g. high res version)
transparent logo version
favicon

Creative:

We would like our caption to appear below the logo
The logo should include TM symbol
We will give you full brief with business name, caption, creative direction etc
