I need an original logo for my business

I have a current logo, but I need it updated. The idea that I have is to have someone sketch the design from a picture
( photo of myself). I also need other elements in the logo sketched, then digitized so that the end logo design is digital; the final digital design should be sent to me as vector files, PNG file, JPG, svg, and all other source files I will need sent to me when the project is complete.

The purpose of the sketch is so that my logo can be an original design, not a picture uploaded from Google clipart. The colors can be added or modified in Adobe Illustrator or other software. The colors of the logo are sky blue, royal gold. I can send you more details later. I need someone who is very good at sketching, multiple revisions if necessary, and responds well to feedback. If you are not able to sketch the design first in pencil then show me the first draft, then I will not be needing your services. I need an artist who can sketch, then clarify and create the design in a digital format. If you are able to do this logo, then I will first need to see examples of your past work.

What I am looking for:

3) responsive to feedback
4) able to sketch from a photograph
5) transition from sketch logo to digitized logo
6) send all source files to me when completed
7) logo needed within 2 weeks
