I need an inspiring, elegant, and high-end company logo

I have a company called Good Human Ventures and affiliate programs (Good Human Project, Good Human Studio). I’d like to start with a logo for Good Human Ventures that can be repurposed / recognizable for the other affiliate program logos (maybe the text stays the same for all three, but the logo changes — or, maybe the logo stays the same for all three and the text changes, etc.). We focus on sustainability, aging, and other opportunities that improve the human condition.

Attached is a word logo from a long time ago — it needs more work.

I like navy and other blue tones, as well as gold if that’s how the designer is imagining it.

Depending on how this logo goes, I’m open to working with the designer in the other related logos.
