I need an AdWords account creating and managing.

EDIT: I HAVE RECEIVED A NUMBER OF PROPOSALS FOR THIS JOB POSTING, BUT THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME CONFUSION AS TO FEES. TO BE CLEAR, WE WILL PAY £100 FOR THE INITIAL ACCOUNT CREATION, AND THEN FURTHER MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SAME TO THE WINNING FREELANCER, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS AS A TRIAL.

I currently own and run an e-commerce store catering to the increased demand for high-end maternity clothing in the United Kingdom, alongside my husband. We have made limited attempts with Adwords in the recent months, which are often our busiest times of the year, and have seen modest returns.

We have the budget available to bring in an experienced freelancer for initial changes to be made to the account, and then to pay a monthly management fee to ensure the account remains optimised.

I have worked with freelancers before, albeit on a different website, and have had some very mixed results. Although I'm not looking for 'free advice' here, I would look favourably upon applications that included evidence of success in an e-commerce environment. With this in mind, I'm not looking for someone to link to my account and pull it to pieces; I know it needs work. I'd prefer examples of you turning accounts around in the past. Please be advised that I will probably ask for evidence of any claims that you make, simply to ensure accuracy.

The project would not be allocated simply on PPH applications; there would be a need for some initial consultation on here, and possibly a Skype conversation to ensure we could work together. Please be very aware and reassured that all payments will be made through the PPH system. This is for the peace of mind of everyone involved.

The price is for the initial changes to the account. We would estimate that a monthly fee of around £110 would cover the management, but will offer flexibility for the right freelancer.
