I need a simple logo made for a social enterprise

I need a professional logo for a social enterprise, called Decoded, that is centred around young people and community.

I want the logo to be the word 'Decoded + *symbol* or a 'D'. It should be simple, minimalist, memorable and creative.

Colour scheme is orange and black

When designing the logo, think of these: Mindset, Youth, Growth, Transformation/Change.
