I need a professional logo for a luxury real estate company

Information for the business: We sell character luxury properties on the island of corsica
Type of logo: Word mark
Brand name/slogan in logo: "Chateaux et Belles Demeures de Corse", filiale de "Chateau et Belles Demeures de France"
Number of revisions: as long as it takes
Ideas for the visual style: http://velabianca.fr/vesperini/ that's the future company's website, don't take the logo i quickly did myself as an example but the general idea of the company
Things to avoid: simple fonts forming a logo i could done myself from dafont.com

I'm looking for someone able to come up with ideas in order to create a logo that would say that much while looking elegant and catchy:
"Chateaux et Belles Demeures de Corse/ filiale de /Chateau et Belles Demeures de France"
without the // of course!

to explain and translate this all: it says first company which name would translate by "castles and beautiful mansions of corsica" is a daughter company of (filiale de) "castles and beautiful mansions of france".

requirements:
you have to come up with sketches, ideas
you have to speak and understand english fluently so we can communicate
if you're gonna just choose a font to write it all in a row i can do as much by myself on dafont.com: i need a logo designer :)
