I need a professional business logo

Information for the business: Occupational Therapy (+ soon horticultural therapy)
Industry: Healthcare
Brand name/slogan in logo: Acorn Therapies
Number of revisions: (not sure ?)
Ideas for the visual style: Tree (healthy, with leaves, balanced/systemical canopy)
Things to avoid: Therapy modalities (ie. Occupational Therapy) doesn't need to be included in design (this can go elsewhere on print/stationary)
Preferred colors: Green (ie. pea pod type colour/shade)
Where the design will be used: print and later possibly website, then merchandise
Extra notes: Logo needed for sole trader occupational therapy services, initially for use on business card and stationary.
Ideally I envisaged a tree logo with the business name printed beside or under the tree. Other details you may need to know:
(1.) Logo/company name: Acorn Therapies
(2.) Logo tagline/slogan: none
(3.) Logo colours: preferably green (eg. pea pod green type shade/colour) on white/cream.
I don’t need the logo to include citing the therapy modalities (ie. occupational, horticultural), only the business name (Acorn Therapies). I intend to use of logo on business cards, so if additional you do/have optional work that includes designing a business card too that would be considered (or not sure if I need to post this as separate job?).
If you could provide a fixed price proposal for this job (for logo design and with optional additional business card design) that would be good. Thanks, Tanya.
