I need a new logo designing for my business

I have the attached logo for Cocina restaurant & need to update it to remove the drummer boy. At the same time I would like a new logo, with updated font. I have also attached the logo for Maido restaurant, which I really like. I like the colour of the red brush stroke circle & I wondered if we could do something very similar to this but rotate it so it is more of a C (i.e. initial of the restaurant) with the restaurant name below in a relaxed but 'clean' font. With regards to the background colour I would like to retain the green. Thanks
