I need a new logo designed

Hi,

I've been asked to have a logo created for a lovely building called Stanwick Hall (https://udig.site/stanwick-hall). It needs to look very classy and sophisticated as the Hall will be rented out to rich clients.

My client would like a pencil drawing of the Hall on the logo and I have a couple of visions in mind.

1) I would like the pencil drawing of the house within a circlular frame with STANWICK HALL and 1742 (the date it was built) in the frame;

2) Also another version within a square frame so we can see which shape he prefers, with STANWICK HALL at the bottom and 1742 at the top.

3) Then I would like a version like the one attached with the drawing of the house above and STANWICK HALL underneath the line (not sure where we would put the date on this one).

4) Finally, if possible, a version of your own - your own design and idea for a logo, to see if we like your idea better than ours!

The branding colours are black, dark green and gold. Once we have finalised which design we want, I may ask to be sent three versions of the logo, one in black, one in dark green and one in gold.

I have attached the client's attempt (which neither of us like!!), I have attached a photo of the Hall and I have attached the logo I mentioned above.

Please provide a quotation for the above project including how long it will take. If you have designed something similar in the past, please include an image on your proposal.

I am happy to work with freelancers who are not in the UK but please make sure you have a good level of English as it's very frustrating trying to communicate with people in Asia who do not understand what you need.
