I need a logo-type thing

I run a marketing programme called 'Increase and Attract' and I'd like to create a logo-type thing that will go into my brochure.

I've attached a rough sketch of the design I'd like. I'd like this to be designed in a professional way, and for it to come across as premium.

I also have brand guidelines to share as-and-when I decide to work with someone.

Also, if I ordered this in the next couple of hours, when should I expect to receive the first drafts?
