I need a logo/graphic designer

For the name "Kart Kinetics", I need (1) a logo for badges, caps, T-Shirts, etc, and (2) a colourful graphic to be printed on PVC to stick onto the box (attached). The size of the sticker is to be 109mm long and 46mm deep. The box will contain an Ignition System to improve the performance of Race Kart engines. The box will be fitted to the top of the engine so it will be clearly visible. The design and colours of the sticker must be very bright, colourful and eye catching to compete with all the other stickers on the karts' side pods, etc. Have a look at some Karting websites to see what I mean. Kart Drivers come in all age ranges but the bias is towards teenagers to 40's.
