I need a logo for my property business

This is the fist step of building my online and physical presence. I initially need a logo designed and emailed to me in a format that can be used on business cards, flyers my website and email signature. My business is called Dalton Property Solutions and targets 2 audiences. The first is someone who is looking to sell their property quickly or for whatever reason dont want to sell in the traditional way with an estate agent. My second target audience is an investor who is interested in acquiring buy to let propertys however doesnt have the time to deal with the buying and letting process, thats my job. It may be that I actually need 2 logos, Investors and Vendors will never meet or be sent the same correspondance. I want to come across as professional no i dont want a comical character or cartoon type font. Once this first stage is complete I am going to also need help designing flyers, brochures, business cards and my website.
