I need a logo for a new hydroponics business

I need a logo for a new hydroponics business I am opening in April 2021. I am opening a retail business offering specialist equipment for growing plants and flowers in soil and hydroponically.

I am looking for a logo which is:
- eye-catching
- impressive
- dynamic
- more create, than corporate
- versatile - The logo will be mainly used on the shop front, which is a 1200 sq ft industrial retail unit. so I have plenty space to blow it up.
- Many competitors use 3 elements in their logos; sun, water and plant. I am happy to keep within this theme as I want to be easily recognised.

My idea for using the logo on the shop front, is to enlarge it in a LED / lit up sign. (Inspiration then from The Edinburgh Beer Factory. I don't like their logo myself, but you can't miss it when you drive past.) My unit is within an industrial estate, however it faces on a major road, with a lot of passing traffic. So I want to use a large lit up sign as one route to market, of capturing customers or at least attention. So the logo being transferable into a lit up sign is very important.

When doing some basic logo research I came across a visual I quite liked, please see attachment, if this helps set a direction. I can visualise something like this on the outside of building being quite eye-catching. So could be a starting point.

The business is to be called LIVINGSTON HYDROPONICS. The name is quite long, but I wanted to try keep it as 'it does what it says'.
