I need a logo for a clothes company

Information on the business: Hand made dresses with ethnic fabrics
Type of logo: Letter form
Brand name in logo: The Hand Made Clothing Company
Ideas for the visual style: Needs to reproduce well on a clothing label
Things to avoid: Hackneyed computer graphics
Extra notes: I think I am very fussy :-) A really good designer has tried this but just didn't quite get there so I'm trying again. I really don't want a questionnaire asking me about colours and fonts as I want to rely on your creativity not mine. I can say that the font should not be script and I would prefer to have this in just two colours max. The dresses are all bright coloured bold patterns but the idea of the brand is showing how ethnic prints can be Europeanised...quite sophisticated. I'm uploading a couple of simple images which were my starting point. This logo could be just text or have a symbol. But communicate with me on your ideas for a symbol before including it. The company name has lots of words and I would prefer that they were put in a block or a circle rather than just one straight line. They need to re-produce on woven fabric ie. dress labels and also web, stationery, etc.
