I need a logo design and colour concept for a new website

Extra notes: We are an HR services company and we be creating a new website for a new info marketing /subscription based website where HR docs/ training videos etc will be stored for members.

My idea is that I, the owner of the website, will be their "HR Guru" i.e. providing guidance , enlightment and spiritual wellbeing to employer members to ensure their life is made easier where employing people is concerned.

I need a colour scheme for the website so that the website team can proceed and I need a logo for the product. We already have a corporate looking professional website www.thepersonneldept.co.uk so this new website will take a different slant but will still be professional but perhaps a little 'lighter' approach to HR matters

I am happy to have my name attached to this website/ product so I thought the logo could possibly either be a character or even be a loose illustration/ caricature of me - perhaps in the form of a typical "guru" holding H R in each hand.

Need this asap really.
