I need a logo design and also a flyer for initial business

Hello, I'm starting up a business called HomeEase Brighton. I need help to design a logo and also an initial flyer that encompasses info below please.

HomeEase Brighton provides private household and personal support for retired professionals in Brighton.
I offer friendly, dependable support to help clients stay organised, comfortable and independent in their own home.This is not a care or cleaning agency — it is practical, respectful home support and admin help.

I want to target retired professionals, Age 60+, Homeowners in Southwick Brighton & Hove. My audience are likely middle-income to comfortable retirees.

I want the logo to feel calm, trustworthy, Practical, Local, Professional but warm. I dont mind what colours you go for - but maybe softer, calmer tones — nothing too bright, harsh or overly 'young feeling'. When people see the logo hopefully they feel “Ah, that looks reliable and safe. That feels local. I could trust this person in my home.”

In terms of direction of style I'm open, when i described my initial idea to an ai agent it suggested possibly a subtle house outline? maybe with sunset in background...? I am open to your interpretations however.
