I need a logo design

I need a really smart logo design (for my client). She's a mentor/facilitator, and is starting a business called One Step Further. She's all about helping people get unstuck, and giving them choices. She needs a logo design for Web, social media and presentation slides.

The logo needs to include the brand and the strapline: One Step Further. Your Future. Your Choice.

I've put together very amateur designs based on the concept she's looking for, but please just take these as concepts, they are very amateur - see attached.

She likes the colours #0083a9 and #ea6b21. I think it also needs another colour added to this palette.

Also, maybe a nicer font - or even a combination of fonts

Maybe some use of icons may work (but no footsteps or footprints).
