I need a logo design

I need different ideas for a logo of tourist apartments in Venice. Cince the name is ‘Bricola Apartments’ (Bricola is a wooden beam that is sticking out of the water and is used to park boats) so we would like to include it in the logo as well as a seagull landing on it, another typical sight in Venice. However we would like to have a fresh and modernish outcome, something that can look good on business cards, website , t-shirts and other personalisable items. Basically this will not just be a logo but a brand.
We would like to stick to neutral colours such as grey and maybe blue and white
