I need a logo created from a pen drawing - 3 versions

I am looking for someone to turn a pen drawn logo into vector and jpeg files to be used on websites, leaflets etc.

You would not be required to design the logo as such, I have a pen drawing, and you would be required to copy that (as closely as possible) to turn it into a useable file. The pen drawing is black ink only, and features wavy, curved and straight lines.

I will scan and send you the line drawing, plus an example of text that goes with it.

What I would like in return is the jpeg and vector file of the following:
1. The logo on its own
2. The logo with some text, also in black, though ideally we would be able to amend the colours if needed (if this makes things more complicated/expensive please let me know).
3. The logo and the above text, with some additional text as well.

If you would be interested in the above work please provide a quote that includes all the three versions, and let me know how long you would need in order to complete this.
