I need a logo... and know what I want

I need a very simple logo creating for multiple uses, so need it in all formats.

I know exactly what I want, it’s one colour, and hopefully very easy. No idea on budget, but it really is a small and quick task.

Its a single colour adaptation of the one attached, with a few alterations...

Removal of the barber pole..
Benny’s in single colour as it is now...
“Est. 1973” at the top of the circle...
“Barbers” at the bottom

So the only thing.... rather than it too perfect, I think I’d like it to look like it was branded on with a hot iron, so the lines can’t be too straight, but hopefully someone knows what I mean and is interested?
