I need a Logo and font design for health care group

I need a simple and attractive logo for our health care group: Aplos Health.

Aplos Health is a collective of four GP practices working together in a Primary Care Network in south west Lewisham to deliver more collectivdely for our patients than we could as individual practices. We care about patients and want to deliver excellent patient centred health care in South West Lewisham. Aplos means simplicity.

We would like a logo for Aplos Health with variations for Aplos Health PCN, and a fuller logo with Aplos Health Primary Care Network.
