I need a Graphics Set for a LinkedIn group.

UPDATE: The logo I need is for a LinkedIn Group site. This is different then a company logo. I would like to hear from you how you will create this logo. Please don't just send me a response that you can create a logo for my company.

Also, what is your process for doing this?

Information for the business: The Linked in group is Incredible Leader
Industry: Business
Brand name/slogan in logo: Incredible Leader
Ideas for the visual style: Think... Leadership, Business, Corporation
Preferred colors: Conservative
Where the design will be used: on the LinkedIn site only
Extra notes: This logo will be used unchanged and static on a LinkedIn Group only. I just need something unique and creative but keep in mind the intended audience is somewhat conservative and business like.

There are three sizes, large 100 X 50 Pixels, Small is 60 X 30 pixels. and the Hero splash page is larger but I don't know that size. File format should be a PNG or GIF. You should be familiar with LinkedIn Groups and have done this before.

Let me know what your price is as this will not make me money I just want a logo for my group.
