I need a company logo for my new company

I would like someone to create a logo for my business along with a written text/style for the company name. The style is to be traditional but modern and sleek in its look, the company is a construction company that will be working directly with clients. I prefer simple yet effective color schemes such as white writing on a black background or muted grey's. I have a logo in mind that works also with the company name but will be looking for someone to enhance this and bring it up to date.
