I need 3 new logos

I need 3 new logos. I would like 5 drafts for each to choose from and then up to 3 changes for the chosen designs to get to the final version whcih I will need in PSD and JPG format.
The 3 logos are for :
TranZact.com (an e-commerce site, so it would be good to include a £ sign, a Dollar sign and a Euro sign in the logo somewhere).
OrderZ.co.uk (an online ordering company for fod and drink)
Rezervations.co.uk (on online ticket ordering service)

Colours and styles to be similar for all 3, but with slight differences (accent colours?). Mainly blues/purples. No more than 3 colours per logo.

Looking for a fairly quick turnaround with first drafts in 48 hours or so and finished desgns delivered in 5 days from order.
