Help make professionnal already existing logo for future company

hello, I am interesting in your support regardant the création of my daughter’s logo. It is already created. Two black capital letters. ( might use 1 or 2 colors afterwards), but for now we need only black colors
1/ do you give support to such création. My daughter is a student and she needs a clean logo and original proposals to begin her own company
2/ I would need an estimate in price as I don’t know at all the cost of such work. So the price i mentionned in your template might not be relevant
3/ what about privacy/confidentiality of the logo. I am not familiar with british privacy law?
4/ I understand you are paid per hour, what would be your estimate on reshapping an existing logo in order to give it originality?
