Hand illustrated, vintage style, restaurant logo needed

I'm looking to have a quirky, hand drawn style logo with a vintage feel created. The business is a New Orleans themed bar and restaurant so I want something that is quite cool and vibrant but more like an illustration rather than a standard logo.

The basic idea is to have vintage style font for the bar name (Cafe Orleans) in the middle, with intricate plants/ivy/flowers as a kind of wreath around the name. I would also like a saxophone, some piano keys and a lobster/shrimp to be 'woven' into this surround as if the plantation is growing around these three items.

I have attached a couple of basic themes which might help. The Botanist (https://thebotanist.uk.com/locations/birmingham/menus) has a similar vibe as we're going for in terms of style.
