Graphics, logos and more stuff like this!

I need regular graphics for my websites done, logos, banners etc etc.

I would be happy to pay £20 for the basic logo design, and I do need regular graphics doing on photos, etc for promotional stuff. Also need bits and pieces doing for my websites in general.
Basically I need a graphics handyman. Not looking for picasso, just someone who can get the job done fast and inexpensively but still good looking work.
Check out the details of the type of stuff I need doing below.
Headers, logos, sign in boxes etc. Simple stuff.
