Refine & Vectorise Premium Fishing App Logo (Clock + Brown Trout + Wordmark)

Project Overview
I am building a premium fishing intelligence app called ReelTime.
The current logo concept is strong but needs professional refinement and proper vector execution. AI tools have altered the typography and proportions, and I now want a designer to lock this down properly.
The brand should feel:
Premium
Timeless
Heritage / classical
English rather than American
Understated, not tech-bro
Think: traditional fly fishing meets elegant navigation instrument.
Current Logo Concept
The logo consists of:
A circular form resembling a fishing reel / pocket watch
A brown trout jumping through stylised water
Subtle clock numerals (12 and 3 currently visible)
The word “ReelTime” in a classical Roman serif style
The typography is very close to Trajan Pro / Cinzel.
I will provide:
Current PNG versions
The version with the correct typography reference
Notes on spacing and balance
What I Need
Rebuild the entire logo in vector format (Adobe Illustrator preferred)
Precisely recreate or improve the current serif wordmark
Refine proportions between:
Icon
Clock detail
Fish
Water movement
Wordmark
Clean, balanced kerning and spacing
Deliver final brand-ready assets
Deliverables Required
AI (fully editable)
SVG
Print-ready PDF (vector)
Transparent PNG (high res)
Monochrome version
Reversed (white on dark) version
App icon crop version (square format)
Important
Typography must be:
Locked
Consistent
Not rasterised
Provided as outlined and also font-specified
I do not want:
Generic fishing logo
Cartoon aesthetic
Overly modern tech style
Drop shadows / gimmicks
Budget
Open to proposals.
Quality is more important than the cheapest bid.
