Face lift logo

Ok, its been some years and my logo needs updating for a new site (see the attached file) the new logo will be used on letterheads, and email footer, my new site has a white background and so the logo must have the space in and around the letters set to transparent. 3d looking would be great too but it's up to you, speed is of the essence.

impress me, will need all of the usual file formats as per the output from adobe illustrator.
