Drawing - Logo Designs

I have used pph a few times for logo designs and noticed a lot of the designs seem to look very similar.
Therefore I am looking for some one who is happy to put rough sketches on paper and then computerise them so it can be used on everything from websites to clothing.

I do have a very good idea of what I am looking for I would class it as a almost finished logo so I also need some one with artisic flare to give it the finishing touches / improve it slightly.
