Design of a simple text-based logo and a very simple website

For a startup business that aims to develop various design-related ventures I'm looking for a company logo (just consisting of the company name) and a website much like that of an small architect's practice (but at this stage without any of the projects).

I'd like to website and the logo to look much like http://grimshaw-architects.com/, but without the 'Project' and 'People' pages

As I care about value rather than just price I would prefer to arrange a fixed price following a short initial conversation.
