Design of a Logo

I'm looking for a new Logo for a soon to be launched fashion company.

Brand name: Via, Veritas, Vita

In terms of concepts we are looking for either:

1. A medallion with a lion's head facing one direction & a lamb's head facing the other. Some how the two heads should merge in the middle. Similar to the Versace medallion with the medusa in terms of style.

2. Possibly a soldier's shield with a lion's head facing one direction & a lamb's head facing the other. Some how the two heads should merge in the middle.

3. A play off 3 letters "V"

* The words (Via, Veritas, Vita) can be incorporated in the logo, but they do not have to be.

Any of these concepts or a concept you come up with is good.
